Most agencies split this job in two: someone who thinks and someone who posts. We don’t. We’re looking for one person who owns the whole arc, from the strategic idea to the content that carries it.
You’ll design, develop and run marketing and communication strategies for our clients, brands like the ones you actually notice. Social media is your main stage, but you’re not a scheduler with a content calendar: you’re the person who decides why a brand shows up, what it says, and how that turns into work people care about.
What you’ll do
You’ll build communication and advertising strategies for client brands, end to end: positioning, narrative, channel plan, content direction. You’ll run the social presence that comes out of those strategies — concepts, formats, editorial systems — and you’ll measure what works with your own head, not a dashboard template. You’ll be on set at shoots, because the content you plan is content we produce: photography, video, cinematic work with our creative team. And you’ll coordinate that team — designers, videomakers, photographers — turning your strategy into briefs they can execute at a high level.
What we’re looking for
Senior experience in communication strategy or social media management, with work you can show and decisions you can explain. Strong writing and concept skills in Italian; English good enough to work on international brands. The ability to think in systems, not single posts, and to defend a creative direction with a client in the room.

Real content marketing skills: building organic engagement through ideas, formats and community, not paid pushes or growth-hack recipes. We’re allergic to “marketers” marketing; if your instinct is a funnel and a countdown timer, this isn’t your place.
Comfort on set: you know what a shoot needs and you make it better by being there. And the leadership to coordinate creatives without flattening them.
Compensation & contract
Starting at € 38,400 / year ex. bonuses. 12-month collaboration contract (freelance), renewable for another 12 months. Hybrid work between our studio in San Mauro Pascoli (FC) and remote.
