This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through DSGN® S.R.L. via the website https://www.dsgngroup.it and related WooCommerce checkout flows.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to B2C transactions involving the sale of physical products (customized gadgets) through the e-commerce section of the Website.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, this Refund Policy does not apply to:
- digital services;
- consulting services;
- graphic design services;
- web design and development services;
- subscription-based or recurring services.
2. Right of Withdrawal (B2C – EU Consumers)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Italian consumer law, the Customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written request to hello@dsgn.cc within the statutory period.
3. Exclusion for Customized Products
Pursuant to Article 59(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:
- made to the Customer’s specifications; or
- clearly personalized.
As the gadgets sold by DSGN® S.R.L. are customized and produced on demand, no refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted once production has started.
4. Conditions for Returns (Non-Customized Products Only)
Where a product is eligible for return:
- the product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging;
- return shipping costs are borne by the Customer;
- the Customer is responsible for proper packaging and shipment.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase;
- processing times may vary depending on the payment provider;
- shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
No refunds shall be granted for:
- services already performed;
- partially executed services;
- digital content once delivery has begun;
- subscription fees already paid.
